Posteriorment, s\u2019actualitz\u00e0 el 2008, i el 2019 es va dur a terme una nova revisi\u00f3 centrada en aspectes qualitatius de l\u2019ocupaci\u00f3. El nou IQT es basa en tres grans dimensions: retribucions salarials, seguretat laboral i condicions laborals, amb un total de 32 indicadors. El 2021, a causa d\u2019un canvi metodol\u00f2gic de l\u2019EPA, sis indicadors no es pogueren actualitzar. El 2023 s\u2019elimina definitivament aquests indicadors, i se substitueixen dos del bloc de formaci\u00f3 per l\u2019abandonament escolar prematur i el percentatge d\u2019empreses formadores.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u2019han definit tres escenaris de ponderaci\u00f3: base, social i d\u2019estabilitat, en qu\u00e8 la dimensi\u00f3 de retribucions salarials t\u00e9 m\u00e9s pes. En l\u2019escenari base, la resta d\u2019indicadors tenen el mateix pes; en l\u2019escenari social, es prioritzen els de conciliaci\u00f3 i g\u00e8nere, i en l\u2019escenari d\u2019estabilitat, els de seguretat i modalitats laborals.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les Illes Balears han mostrat una bona posici\u00f3 en l\u2019IQT. El 2019 varen assolir la tercera posici\u00f3 en l\u2019escenari base i la segona en els altres dos. El 2020 es mantingueren aquestes posicions. El 2021 i 2022 hi hagu\u00e9 un lleuger empitjorament. El 2023 les Balears remunten una posici\u00f3 en tots els escenaris, i van assolir la tercera posici\u00f3 global.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la dimensi\u00f3 1 (retribucions), les Balears passen de la vuitena a la cinquena posici\u00f3 en guany salarial, mantenen la primera posici\u00f3 en desigualtat salarial i passen de la quarta a la primera en llars amb baixa intensitat de treball. El 2023 ocupen la segona posici\u00f3 en aquesta dimensi\u00f3, que milloren respecte al 2021 i 2022.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la dimensi\u00f3 2 (seguretat laboral), mantenen la primera posici\u00f3 global. Destaquen en la taxa de cobertura de prestacions d\u2019atur i el risc de quedar-se a l\u2019atur, i recuperen la primera posici\u00f3 en afectats per ERO. Tot i aix\u00f2, mantenen una posici\u00f3 baixa en cobertura de convenis col\u00b7lectius. En modalitats laborals, escalen una posici\u00f3, per\u00f2 continuen darreres en pes dels ocupats fixos discontinus i taxa de parcialitat. S\u00ed que milloren en la taxa de temporalitat, que cau gr\u00e0cies a la reforma laboral del 2022.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la dimensi\u00f3 3 (condicions laborals), empitjoren en la subdimensi\u00f3 de condicions de treball, que passen a l\u2019onz\u00e8 lloc. Tamb\u00e9 baixen en conciliaci\u00f3 i en formaci\u00f3, que continuen en la darrera posici\u00f3. En g\u00e8nere, mantenen la pen\u00faltima posici\u00f3, tot i que milloren en bretxa salarial.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En s\u00edntesi, el 2023 les Illes milloren en els tres escenaris i es col\u00b7loquen en tercera posici\u00f3 en cadascun d\u2019ells, impulsades per un increment salarial del 12,5\u00a0% segons l\u2019Enquesta d\u2019estructura salarial del 2023.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3a947a3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3a947a3\" elementor-size-default\">Remunten els indicadors de qualitat laboral a les Illes Balears, que recuperen la tercera posici\u00f3 en el r\u00e0nquing
