La vida de les persones no pot girar exclusivament al voltant de la feina. Calen pol\u00edtiques valentes que garanteixin drets, serveis i corresponsabilitat. Les dones continuen assumint les tasques de cura de manera desproporcionada. Aquesta situaci\u00f3 \u00e9s alhora conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia i causa d\u2019un sistema de cura feminitzat, invisible i no remunerat. Aquesta responsabilitat excessiva en les cures est\u00e0 en l\u2019origen de l\u2019exclusi\u00f3 hist\u00f2rica de les dones del mercat laboral i de la vida p\u00fablica, i ha generat desigualtats estructurals que encara avui persisteixen.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A les Illes Balears, la bretxa salarial \u00e9s del 14,01\u00a0%, i la bretxa en la taxa d\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 entre dones i homes de 25 a 49 anys amb fills \u00e9s d\u201911,73 punts. El 70\u00a0% de les persones inactives per dedicaci\u00f3 a tasques de la llar s\u00f3n dones. Les dones ocupen el 37,56\u00a0% dels llocs directius i, com m\u00e9s alt \u00e9s el c\u00e0rrec, m\u00e9s baixa \u00e9s la seva pres\u00e8ncia. La bretxa en les pensions contributives \u00e9s del 30,62\u00a0%, i el 92,07\u00a0% de les dones amb contracte a temps parcial el tenen per motius de cura.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El projecte de llei de conciliaci\u00f3 de les Illes Balears reconeix el dret a la conciliaci\u00f3 i a la corresponsabilitat, amb el comprom\u00eds d\u2019impulsar canvis estructurals. El seu enfocament es basa en la planificaci\u00f3 peri\u00f2dica, l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 d\u2019un diagn\u00f2stic, la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019un sistema d\u2019indicadors i la transversalitzaci\u00f3 de la perspectiva de g\u00e8nere. El text es troba en tr\u00e0mit parlamentari.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El text no reflecteix prou l\u2019enfocament de drets: no inclou compromisos concrets ni assignaci\u00f3 pressupost\u00e0ria, ni especifica terminis, responsables ni mecanismes per garantir el compliment. No n\u2019hi ha prou amb una llei simb\u00f2lica. Cal una mirada integral i estructural.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s imprescindible dotar econ\u00f2micament i amb recursos suficients les pol\u00edtiques de conciliaci\u00f3 i corresponsabilitat. Cal millorar i ampliar els serveis p\u00fablics de cura (0-3, depend\u00e8ncia, menjadors escolars&#8230;), professionalitzar i dignificar el treball de cures, establir permisos retribu\u00efts, iguals i intransferibles, fomentar la coeducaci\u00f3 i la formaci\u00f3 corresponsable, garantir la inspecci\u00f3 del compliment empresarial i avaluar peri\u00f2dicament les pol\u00edtiques p\u00fabliques.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els plans d\u2019igualtat nom\u00e9s s\u00f3n obligatoris per a empreses de m\u00e9s de 50 persones treballadores. L\u2019Estatut dels treballadors limita els drets de conciliaci\u00f3 a les persones assalariades. La bretxa salarial \u00e9s l\u2019\u00fanica regulada expressament i el contracte a temps parcial continua afectant principalment les dones.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s imprescindible una transposici\u00f3 efectiva de la Directiva 2019\/1158. No es poden deixar en mans del desenvolupament normatiu posterior o de la voluntat empresarial q\u00fcestions fonamentals com les mesures de conciliaci\u00f3 o el refor\u00e7 dels serveis p\u00fablics.
