Els indicadors de renda i pobresa han recuperat i superat els nivells previs a la crisi sanit\u00e0ria, per\u00f2 es mantenen tensions materials importants, especialment en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de l&#8217;habitatge i en la capacitat per afrontar despeses imprevistes.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pel que fa a la renda, la renda mitjana neta per persona se situa en 16.735 euros el 2024, un 7,1% per sobre de la mitjana espanyola, i col\u00b7loca les Balears en la cinquena posici\u00f3 entre les comunitats aut\u00f2nomes. No obstant, aquesta posici\u00f3 favorable amaga fractures significatives per origen, edat i sexe. Les persones nascudes a l&#8217;estranger ingressen un 37% menys que les nascudes a Espanya, les llars amb menors presenten les rendes per unitat de consum m\u00e9s baixes, i la bretxa salarial de g\u00e8nere s&#8217;accentua especialment en el grup de 30 a 44 anys, reflex de l&#8217;impacte de la maternitat en la traject\u00f2ria laboral femenina. D&#8217;altra banda, la desigualtat mesurada pel coeficient de Gini ha millorat fins a 27,7, situant les Balears com la tercera comunitat aut\u00f2noma m\u00e9s igualit\u00e0ria d&#8217;Espanya.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quant a la pobresa, aplicant el llindar espec\u00edfic balear, la taxa de pobresa relativa se situa en el 14,5% el 2025, per sota de la mitjana europea (16,2% el 2024). La taxa AROPE, que recull la multidimensionalitat de l&#8217;exclusi\u00f3 social, \u00e9s del 17,7% amb el llindar balear, per\u00f2 del 15,2% amb el llindar estatal, cosa que situa les Balears com la segona comunitat amb menys exclusi\u00f3 social d&#8217;Espanya, per darrere del Pa\u00eds Basc. Cal assenyalar, per\u00f2, que la pobresa infantil continua sent especialment elevada, amb una taxa AROPE del 28,8% entre els menors de 16 anys, i que un 36,4% de la poblaci\u00f3 no t\u00e9 capacitat per afrontar despeses imprevistes, indicador que ha empitjorat 5,5 punts respecte a l&#8217;any anterior.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de la protecci\u00f3 social, la despesa de la CAIB ha augmentat un 10,7% el 2025, fins als 367 milions d&#8217;euros, amb l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 a la depend\u00e8ncia com a partida principal (29,4%). El sistema de garantia d&#8217;ingressos combina la RESOGA \u2014en clara davallada des de l&#8217;entrada en vigor de l&#8217;IMV el 2020\u2014 i l&#8217;ingr\u00e9s m\u00ednim vital, que ha beneficiat 33.302 persones a les Balears. Pel que fa al sistema de depend\u00e8ncia, tot i la millora en cobertura i reducci\u00f3 de l&#8217;espera, les Balears es mantenen entre les comunitats amb menor inversi\u00f3 per habitant i un model predominantment basat en prestacions econ\u00f2miques de baix cost, com la prestaci\u00f2 econ\u00f2mica en l\u2019entorn familiar, en detriment de serveis professionals presencials.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per \u00faltim, l&#8217;envelliment demogr\u00e0fic emergeix com un dels reptes estructurals m\u00e9s rellevants. L&#8217;\u00edndex d&#8217;envelliment se situa en 117,4 i el creixement sostingut de les pensions de jubilaci\u00f3 \u2014140.687 el 2025, un 60,6% m\u00e9s que el 2005\u2014 mant\u00e9 una pressi\u00f3 creixent sobre el sistema de seguretat social.
